In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process in the Netherlands and support Belgium when needed. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective hiring journey. From sourcing high-quality talent to developing strong employer branding initiatives, you’ll play a key role in shaping Prothya’s workforce and ensuring we remain an employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry.
