Your job
- Managing a team of employees within warehouse and distribution on Maroastraat (11 FTEs in total): responsible for the receipt, storage, and supply of all (raw) materials
Developing new policies for the team and monitoring and improving the various operational processes within the team
Carrying out pharmaceutical logistic activities with raw materials and auxiliary materials under quality conditions.
Reporting and monitoring KPIs related to the team's activities
Managing, maintaining and improving the warehouse (including validation).
Carrying out all other activities that occur in the scope of the position
Your profile
- HBO education in a logistics field is preferred;
- 3 years of leadership experience, preferably within pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of current quality systems, including GMP/GDP, guidelines and procedures
- Knowledge of the automated systems applicable to the position (SAP, Trackwise and/or MyQumas)
- Knowledge of English and Dutch languages is required
