Responsibilities
 

Research and Implementation

• Conducts research and develops new processes or process improvements for existing lines.
• Prepares specifications for updates, modifications, and trial setups, considering quality requirements.
• Validates and implements new/updated processes and equipment, creating relevant documentation and procedures.
• Anticipates and addresses technical issues during implementation.
• Conducts supplier FAT inspections and supports GMP audits.

Project Leadership

• Proposes improvements in technologies/equipment based on developments and experience.
• Defines project plans and manages execution, ensuring technical quality and addressing issues effectively.
• Reports on project progress, quality, budget, and outcomes.

Team Leadership

• Provides technical direction to project team members and facilitates knowledge sharing.
• Organizes team meetings and SCRUM sessions where necessary.
• Coaches and motivates project team members.

Quality Improvement

• Writes policy advice and updates procedures based on new developments and guidelines.
• Assesses and authorizes documentation.

Requirements
 

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in biotech, sterile production, plasma preparation, GMP environments, and managing large CAPEX projects.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project management (SCRUM).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for motivating, coaching, and resolving conflicts.
• Proficient in written and spoken Dutch and English.
