Your responsibilities
- Carrying out Microbiological and physical inspection tasks of auxiliary goods and end products; To this end, you check and implement microbiological analysis methods for process controlling samples (IPC), process monitoring samples (IPS), shelf life studies, release of end products, production process validation by;
- Sterility testing
- Endotoxins testing
- Growth promoting properties test
- Germ counts
- Identification by PCR
- Interpretation of microbiological data
- Checking and carrying out periodic equipment maintenance and equipment qualification;
- Maintaining and expanding the GMP status of the QC microbiology laboratory;
- Supporting the Quality Control Support department in the practical implementation of validation and research;
- Participating in developments in the department's field of work.
Your profile:
- A completed HBO microbiology course (or related). If you have relevant work experience and a similar completed education, we also invite you to apply;
- Substantive knowledge of microbiological analysis techniques, including plate count, GBE, star test, endotoxins, identification (PCR) is an advantage;
- Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Familiarity with GLP/GMP;
- A good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written.
