Your job
As a coordinator facility service you lead the facility related activities for the local site. The services consist of housing and space management, reception, furniture, mail handling, soft-services and all other facility related responsibilities. The coordinator has an execution role, the development of vision and strategy lies with the associate manager Utilities & Facilities management.
• Point of contact for all questions related to Facility matters
• Responsible for timely and clear communication with different stakeholders within the organization.
• Supports and assists continuous development of process and coordination of facility team.
• Securing efficient registration/processing flow by amongst others professional service desk (digital).
• Responsible for coordination of all facility related questions and needs of the internal customer.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational coordination of facility team.
Your profile;
• HBO Bachelor
• 5 years of experience in the field facility services
• In possession of the "VCA for Operational Managers" certificate; (pre)
• Social skills such as tact, persuasiveness, control and being able to deal with conflicting interests are required.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in Dutch and English;
