Als Calibration Specialist waarborg en bevorder je de continuïteit, kwaliteit en deskundigheid op het gebied van kalibratie van systemen/apparatuur binnen Prothya en in het bijzonder binnen de afdeling Maintenance & Calibration.
Je zult:
- Zorgdragen voor de kwaliteit en continuïteit van kalibratiewerkzaamheden en biedt 2e lijns ondersteuning aan kalibratietechnici door complexe kalibratiewerkzaamheden te ondersteunen of over te nemen.
- Controleren van alle uitgevoerde kalibraties en werkmethodes door het beoordelen en interpreteren van de resultaten in opgestelde kalibratierapporten van interne en externe partijen.
- Signaleert afwijkingen in de resultaten ten opzichte van de vastgestelde richtlijnen en escaleert afwijkingen naar de verantwoordelijke manager.
- Voert testinspecties uit op activiteiten (processen/activiteiten) op het gebied van kalibraties door interne en externe partijen en bewaakt de naleving van (GxP) richtlijnen.
- Aanspreekpunt (SME) zijn voor inspecties op het gebied van kalibraties.
- Waarborgt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van (preventieve, correctieve en adaptieve) onderhoudswerkzaamheden en biedt 2e lijns ondersteuning aan medewerkers door complexe onderhoudswerkzaamheden te ondersteunen of over te nemen.
- Inventariseert het benodigde onderhoud, begeleidt en beoordeelt een correcte, kwalitatieve uitvoering van onderhoud aan systemen / apparatuur door interne en externe partijen.
- Traint Kalibratietechnici op de juiste uitvoering van kalibratiewerkzaamheden, controleert en registreert of een medewerker voldoet aan de kwalificatie-eisen.
- Signaleert en analyseert wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving, GxP tekortkomingen en knelpunten/ontwikkelingen (incl. CAPA's/wijzigingen) op het werkgebied.
Jouw profiel
- Relevante technische opleiding op bachelorniveau en relevante kennis op het gebied van kalibratie en relevante cursussen.
- 3 jaar ervaring in de farmaceutische industrie op het gebied van kalibratie.
- Kennis van GxP-richtlijnen en relevante softwaresystemen, apparatuur, installaties en onderhoudsprocessen en wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van kalibratie.
- Kennis van de organisatie met de daarin gebruikte systemen en processen, procedures en GMP /GLP richtlijnen.

As a Calibration Specialist you ensure and promote continuity, quality and expertise in the field of calibration of systems/equipment within Prothya and in particular within the Maintenance & Calibration department.
You will:
· Ensure the quality and continuation of calibration work and provides 2nd line support to calibration technicians by supporting or taking over complex calibration work.
· Check all calibrations and working methods performed by assessing and interpreting the results in prepared calibration reports of internal and external parties.
· Identify deviations in the results from the established guidelines and escalates deviations to the responsible manager.
· Perform test inspections on activities (processes/activities) in the field of calibrations by internal and external parties and monitors compliance with (GxP) guidelines.
· Be the point of contact (SME) for inspections in the field of calibrations.
· Guarantee the quality and continuation of (preventive, corrective and adaptive) maintenance work and offers 2nd line support to employees by supporting or taking over complex maintenance work.
· Make an inventory of the required maintenance, supervises and assesses a correct, qualitative execution of maintenance of systems / equipment by internal and external parties.
· Train Calibration Technicians on the correct execution of calibration work, checks and records whether an employee meets the qualification requirements.
· Identify and analyses changes in legislation and regulations, GxP shortcomings and bottlenecks/developments (incl. CAPAs/changes) on the work area.
Your Profile
· Relevant technical education at bachelor level and relevant knowledge in the field of calibration and relevant courses.
· 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of calibration.
· Knowledge of GxP guidelines and relevant software systems, equipment, installations and maintenance processes and laws and regulations in the field of calibration.
· Knowledge of the organization with the systems and processes used therein, procedures and GMP /GLP guidelines.
